Our team of metro temp consultants specialise in identifying experienced assistants in nursing, support workers, enrolled nurses and registered nurses for casual roles in urban areas of Australia.

Sanctuary’s thorough credentialing process certifies candidates meet experience and character requirements, resulting in the delivery of high-quality aged care services that respond to individual home needs.

Contract

Recruiting qualified, experienced, and compliant staff who are ready to commence work and bring value to their appointed homes is the main focus of our regional and remote team.

We work with residential aged care providers, Aboriginal health communities, and multi-purpose services to identify localized aged care professionals in regional, rural and remote locations as well as those for travel nursing assignments across Australia.

Regional and remote candidates have a minimum of twelve months of Australian aged care experience and are thoroughly assessed prior to commencing work.

The Sanctuary Experience

I have worked with Sanctuary for a number of years. Given the nature of aged care, recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome. Sanctuary, in particular Mitch Hamer, has provided consistent services based on the individualised needs of the organisation and position available – rather than the candidates they have available.

Chief Operating Officer, NSW

Recruitment of senior and specialist roles with our industry takes considerable time and market specific knowledge is of utmost important. While outsourcing comes with risk, finding a recruitment agency that has the appropriate knowledge and professionalism to represent your brand can make all the difference. I am more than happy to recommend Mitch and the team at Sanctuary for all your senior aged care appointments.

CEO, NSW

I have worked with Alex as a client and a candidate and have found him to be at the top of his game from both sides of the fence

Operations Manager, QLD

Hayley is one of the most professional recruiters I’ve worked with. Hayley took the time to understand our business and ever changing needs and was very adaptable to this consistently. She has excellent stakeholder skills and is a great communicator. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone.

HR Manager, NSW

It would be honest and fair to say that if a candidate has been recommended by Sanctuary, it generally negates a second stage interview given the robust and bespoke selection process that Sanctuary provides prior to recommending a candidate for a position. Recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome.

Clinical Director, NSW

Richard has provided exemplary service in recruiting for positions within our organisation. He has a great working knowledge of the industry. It is due to this, that he is able to put forward the most suitable candidates after reviewing their suitability not only for the role but also for the culture of the organisation. We have always found Richard’s service to be thorough and efficient, including following up with his applicants post their appointment.

CEO, NSW
