The Sanctuary experience

I have had the pleasure of working with Sanctuary Recruitment for the past four years, and my experience has been exceptional. The agency exemplifies professionalism and is highly attentive to the needs of their staff. They consistently provide shift schedules and locations that align perfectly with my preferences. Their commitment to clear and open communication is outstanding, and they are always available to offer support and address any concerns. The team is remarkably supportive, reliable, and dedicated to creating a positive work environment. For any healthcare professionals seeking a top-tier, honest, and dependable agency, Sanctuary Recruitment is an exemplary choice. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Registered Nurse, Victoria

Sanctuary is a supportive and positive company with great camaraderie. Work is always fun with great banter, but we are all competitive here which drives us to deliver better results month on month. The Directors are very supportive, are present and aware, and are on hand to help; they truly have your best interests at heart. I love coming to work every day.

Alex, QLD Manager & Consultant

I have worked with Sanctuary for a number of years. Given the nature of aged care, recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome. Sanctuary, in particular Mitch Hamer, has provided consistent services based on the individualised needs of the organisation and position available – rather than the candidates they have available.

Chief Operating Officer, NSW

I am extremely pleased and impressed with Tom’s professionalism and his attitude towards his clients. Recently, he is been very helpful in finding me the right role with the right organisation that aligns with my values and expectation. The quality I admire the most about him is that he is quite understanding and reassuring of his client’s situation and requirement and his trust and belief in my potential as his client to make me feel that I deserve the best opportunity. Also, he keeps the line of communication open keeping in touch regularly to understand his client’s changing situation. I strongly recommend his service to those who are willing to use recruitment agents to acquire their desired role.

Facility Manager, NSW
