For our enrolled nurses, we generally require a minimum of six months Australian aged care experience to join our casual nursing pool. Get in touch if your aged care career hasn't reached this yet, as some of our clients accept newer grads.

Enrolled nurses are required to have completed a two year Diploma of Nursing course. This allows you to learn and practice the skills you need to succeed in this industry.

You can choose to work as an enrolled nurse on a temporary/casual and/or contract basis. Casual work allows you to pick up last minute shifts to cover annual or sick leave, and you can block book if you wish. Contract assignments are often full time placements starting from 4 weeks in rural areas of Australia.

We have a Learning Management System (LMS) that allows for our nurses to refresh their knowledge prior to working with us. This contains relevant training to your job role as well as legislations that affect the industry that you are working in.

  • Scheduling your own work week
  • Experience areas of Australia you may never have travelled too before
  • Stipulate what a work/life balance looks like to you
