Pay rates are stipulated by the Aged Care and Nurses Award with many factors influencing your pay scale. The average enrolled nurse casual pay rates are in-between $31 - $76 per hour.

You can enjoy bonuses, incentives and allowances through contract assignments, depending on the placement. The aged care is undergoing change, with the aged care reform roadmap leading to a pay rise for the aged care sector in recent years.

We require a minimum of 6 months Australian aged care experience to join our metro and casual enrolled nurse pool. Get in touch today if you sit under this, as some of our clients accept newer grads.

Enrolled nurses are required to have completed and awarded a Diploma of Nursing. This generally lasts two years if you study full time.
