Our Client:
Highly respected Aged Care provider, operating a beautiful facility that features a large number of residential beds. Our client have a terrific reputation as an organisation to work for, with a fantastic team, widely known for their superior person centred care.
The Role:
We are looking for someone who is energetic and innovative with a flair for sales & marketing to join this organisation and put their networking and relationship building skills into play. This is an interesting role that will keep you on your toes and no two days will be the same!
Responsibilities:
- Client relations
- Network & liaise with community groups
- Manage waiting lists, admissions and occupancy levels
- Chair meetings
- Coordinate events, celebrations, Open Days
- Maintain knowledge and be able to explain financial aspects of aged care
- Facilitate move-ins and transfers
- Administration duties
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in client relations/business development/sales
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Current knowledge of financial aspects within Aged Care
- Knowledge of admissions processes
- Admin experience
- Have a current Federal Police Check
