Regional Support Manager Aged Care to $160K plus super

The continued growth and development of this well known group has led to the creation of this new Sydney based role to assist the Regional Operations Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity to progress from single site management to multi-site operational support. 

The range of exciting projects you will be assisting with include:
 - roll out of new clinical care standards and lifestyle opportunities to residents,
 - operational efficiency enhancements such as rostering improvements,
 - supporting the roll out of new governance initiatives.
 - deputising for the Operations Manager and Residential Managers in their absence. 

Based in Sydney this position would be based in the various metro located homes and would suit someone with a positive, hands on, " can do " attitude.
If you have proven yourself in Aged Care management but feel stifled by single home responsibility this could be a chance to spread your wings.

Successful candidates should have the following attributes:
- A clinical qualification with current registration.
- At least five years Aged Care sector experience.
- An appreciation of the new standards
- Strong rapport building skills, and a the desire to work as part of a team.
- A track record of planned career progression.
