Experienced candidates should be able to demonstrate :
- successful multi-facility management within the Aged Care sector
- continued progression, ideally starting with a clinical training
- good team building and leadership skills
- an understanding of funding complexities and likely future developments in this field
- demonstrate reasonableness, and a strong sense of fair play, particularly when under stress
- prior experience of managing a commissioning process would be an advantage
