The role will include:
  • Candidate resourcing for Aged Care roles
  • Screening candidates over the phone and face to face
  • Writing adverts
  • Working closely with Senior Recruitment Consultants
  • Administrative duties 
  • Reference checking
  • Developing talent pipelines
