Quality & ACFI Support Officer | North Shore
Small private provider with an excellent reputation in the industry is looking to bring on board a support officer to assist in clinical and compliance across the group.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role will be accountable for reviewing and clinical documentation processes throughout the homes. Auditing experience is preferable as the successful candidate will be heavily involved in this process and using the data to generate reports, identify gaps and inform education.
A strong ACFI knowledge will be essential to ensure the most efficient and effective processes are being carried out, and you will oversee submissions for all sites.
People love working with this provider, which is evidenced in the long tenure of its senior managers. The buildings are all brand new and each site creates a very different vibe within its team, who then come together really well to support each other and the network.
Your role here will be broad and challenging, and is crucial to bringing consistency and cohesion to the whole team.
If you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in Aged Care
- AHPRA RN registration which is current and unrestricted
- Previous responsibilities in a Quality based role
- Sound understanding of ACFI process and application
- Excellent organisation
- Friendly, enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
