This role would suit an established Theatre Manager looking to work in a values driven organisation which in committed to providing staff with a sensible work life balance. Ideally you will have experience in a leading Peri-Operative Department and enjoy developing teams of positive committed professionals.
This is a well supported role with a strong HR and Finance function ready to assist. Professional development is high on the organisations agenda and additional training and development is encouraged and supported. 
The theatres are recently renovated and employs the latest equipment and technology. 

The hospital is located adjacent to a central railway station and close to major transport links.

The successful candidate will likely have the following experience / qualifications : 
Current AHPRA registration.
Knowledge of accreditation processes.
Good commercial acumen with experience of rostering and stock control
Strong staff management and conflict resolution skills.
Three or more years experience in a peri-operative department. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
