With an extensive background in Aged Care, you will have a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance needs of a National Private Aged Care provider.
Must haves:
- 5+ years in a similar role
- AHPRA Registered
- Tertiary qualifications in quality or business-related discipline.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Ability to analyse and assess complex issues with strong problem-solving capability
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to lead a team through quality and compliance audits
- Provide expert advice, training and support for staff
- High-level communication skills are essential
