This is a brand new opportunity to work with a well-known Aged Care provider. If you have an L&D background, can develop and implement training programs and have a clinical background then we want to talk to you!
Your ability to liaise with all levels of both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. With a forever changing aged care landscape and future growth plans for the organisation it is imperative that you have in-depth knowledge of aged care and the challenges that will be faced moving forwards.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Health related qualifications as an RN or other Allied Health discipline
- A background in a similar role with a focus on organisational L&D
- Experience managing a team
- Knowledge of and experience using digital learning solutions would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skill that allow you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
