Home Care Community Leader

Location: Sydney

This is the perfect role for an experienced Community Care Manager to step into a varied and autonomous role. Your day to day responsibilities will be covering everything from strategic and operational planning, business development, customer experience, compliance and people leadership.
It will be your role to oversee the overall service delivery of the community care program.

What will you need?
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, business or management
  • Previous experience leading within community care including knowledge of CDC & Home Care standards 
  • Proven experience and achievements in leading and managing a team 
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Experience in writing reports and proficient correspondence
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to prioritise work with limited direction
