General Manager | Aged Care | 12 month Contract

Sanctuary recruitment are working with one of the largest aged care organisation in Australia are helping them seek a highly experienced General Manager to manage all aspects of their home located in rural NSW for a flexible 12-18 month contract.

The Role:
You will be be responsible to manage a medium facility located in central NSW for a minimum of 12 months. This role involves the daily management of the facility. You will need to ensure occupancy is met as well as ACFI being maximised. You will need to ensure the level of care provided is of the highest quality. This role is ideal for an experienced DON looking to continue to develop their skills with a respectful employer.


To be successful you must have:
  • More than 5 years postgraduate experience
  • AHPRA registration as an RN
  • Senior/Executive management experience in aged care services
  • Strategy implementation experience
  • Excellent clinical governance, quality & education skills & experience
  • Experience managing staff
  • Ability to train, educate and motivate staff
  • Good experience across financial management & budgets
  • Experience across Accreditations, Aged Care & legislation & OHS
  • High level communication skills
  • Fantastic Leadership skills
