A stand alone facility, they are closely supported by a network of external bodies, collaborating closely with LASA to stay up to date with initiatives and updates.
Looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a firm rooted passion for Aged Care and making a difference. With a need for someone who is confident managing a diverse team of staff, ability to empathise with family members and residents and a clear handle on the accreditation. The Facility Manager will have a strong skill set and knowledge base across all elements of Aged Care, especially budget control and will also be supported by a tight nit team and an extremely clinical Director of Care.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Facility Manager of a similar sized home
- Current AHPRA Registration is desirable
- Non Clinical/ Clinical background
- Understanding of the ACFI
- Dealing with external agencies
- Knowledge of local referrers is desirable
- Proven track record of consistently high occupancy
