- This role is to manage the daily running of a 100-bed Residential Aged Care Facility
- You will be responsible for providing leadership to members of the team to ensure that the care service delivery remains focused on wellness, lifestyle and exceptional levels of customer service.
- You will be required to manage all aspects of the facility's operations, including engagement with customers and their families, employees, volunteers, business and community stakeholders and commercial business partners.
- You will be accountable for the delivery of high levels of customer satisfaction, positive people and culture outcomes, compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and financial performance.
- Nursing degree or equivalent
- Experience as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Experience in change management, quality systems and compliance
- A good understanding of recent legislative changes within the Aged Care environment
