- Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills
- Understanding, adherence and practical application of Aged Care Quality Standards framework
- 4+ years’ experience in Aged Care
- A hands-on approach with a focus on effectively improving customer service and providing client-focussed, high calibre care within a structured quality
- Salary of up to $160,000 + Super for the ideal candidate
