Job Description

About you

  • You present with a minimum of three years clinical leadership experience in an Aged Care setting and current AHPRA registration.
  • Recognised for your exemplary level of care and commitment to your team, peers, residents, and families, you have a demonstrated track record of continuous improvement across the clinical landscape for Aged Care.
  • Your clinical skillset is exemplary and your ability to recruit, engage, and effectively onboard team members is something you do with passion.
  • This Monday to Friday role requires a Care Manager who identifies with the current aged care standards and has had exposure to the accreditation process.
  • Commissioning experience is beneficial but not essential.
About the role
  • With the support of an experienced clinical Director of Nursing, Educators, ACFI & Quality teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of care within the facility, supported by an experienced nursing team.
  • This is a highly collaborative role, requiring high engagement and interpersonal skills to build a team environment, creating a home for new occupants.
  • You will apply a hands-on approach, working closely with your team to ensure optimum standards of care.
  • You will lead and execute best practice clinical care processes and procedures to minimise risk and to maximise resident independence and wellbeing.
