Job Description

An opportunity has come for a skilled Care Manager to join a well established, new Residential Aged Care facility in Townsville. The respected NFP aged care provider are looking to bring in another Care Manager at their large, clinically compliant site, one of many under their portfolio. The provider has ambitious plans to expand further over the next few years, leaving lot's of room for career progression and succession planning.

Reporting directly to the new Facility Manager, you will be one of two Care Managers looking after the clinical direction of the home, as well as assisting with operational responsibilities, where relevant.


The ideal candidate will have;

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Clinical Management experience within an Aged Care home
  • Extensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards 
  • Great Teamwork, as well as the capacity to work independently.
  • Knowledge of new funding initiatives highly desirable.
