You present with a minimum of 18 months demonstrated clinical leadership experience in an Aged Care setting. Recognised for your exemplary level of care and commitment to your team, peers, residents, and families, you have a track record of continuous improvement across the clinical landscape for Aged Care. This Monday to Friday role requires a Care Manager who identifies with the current aged care standards and has had exposure to the accreditation process. You are able to identify opportunities and close gaps.
About the role
With the support of an experienced Facility Manager, Educator, and Quality teams, you will be responsible for the delivery of care within the facility, supported by an experienced nursing team. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with a Care Coordinator to ensure optimum standards of care. Together, you will lead and execute best practice clinical care processes and procedures to minimise risk and to maximise resident independence and wellbeing.
