- Previous experience in a Senior Management position within Aged Care
- Solid understanding of ACFI, accreditation and legislative requirement of running a facility
- Exemplary communication and presentation
- Precious experience with rostering, budgeting and operational management
- A natural ability to lead, mentor and motivate staff
