Manage and coordinate a team of nursing professionals, regularly evaluate systems, policies & procedures to ensure compliance & performance benchmarks are in place as well as budget control. The successful candidate is likely to have gained significant experience within the Aged Care sector. In addition to these following requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse or similar.
  • At least three years of post qualification experience gained in an Aged Care environment. 
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of managing an Aged Care facility.
  • Comfortable managing a team of RNs and AINs and Carers.
