We are an aged care recruitment consultancy with many years of expertise in the industry, and through our long-standing relationships with homes across the country, we are hiring aged care professionals on a temporary, permanent, and contract basis.

Due to acquiring a labour license, we are now able to employ eligible registered nurses on an aged care sponsorship visa with a pathway to PR after a 24-month commitment.

Aged Care Sponsorship Visa Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an aged care sponsorship visa, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • You must be a qualified Registered Nurse
  • You will need to have at least two years of paid working experience post-graduation
  • You will need to hold an AHPRA number or be eligible for an AHPRA number
  • Your experience will ideally need to be in the aged care sector, but acute does also apply

We are able to offer an aged care sponsorship visa under the 482 Temporary Skill Shortage scheme with a
pathway to permanent residency after a four year commitment.
