We are hiring on a permanent basis for a number of aged care management roles, that include but are not exclusive too:
- Clinical Care Coordinator
- Care Manager
- Facility Manager
- Residential Manager
- Quality and Education Manager
- Director of Nursing

What does an aged care manager do?
Aged care management are involved in overseeing the daily operations of running the home.
They are responsible for different aspects but their job description will generally include:
- Providing training to staff in areas such as education, compliance and quality
- Involved with ACFI and budgeting for the home
- Delivery quality care to their residents
- Ensuring the home reaches accreditation status
- Planning and being involved with events in the home
- Overseeing sales
Depending on the position, you may need to be AHPRA registered and have a clinical background.
These roles are often permanent full time positions and can be managed on site or roaming.
