Our team of metro temp consultants specialise in identifying experienced assistants in nursing, support workers, enrolled nurses and registered nurses for casual roles in urban areas of Australia.

Sanctuary’s thorough credentialing process certifies candidates meet experience and character requirements, resulting in the delivery of high-quality aged care services that respond to individual home needs.

Our nurses are immediately available, alleviating staffing shortages and fulfilling care minutes, resulting in each resident receiving the care they need and deserve.

We have a team of dedicated recruitment consultants and resourcers. Each candidate is expertly sourced via a trained employee, keeping the needs and requirements of our clients and desired qualities and skills of healthcare professionals as a standard to constantly strive for. Our consultants are equally responsible for a designated area, leaving each home with a committed specialist seeking top tier talent.

Our compliance process

Both our metro casual/temporary and regional and remote teams have dedicated compliance professionals who follow a rigorous process, who ensure every step is taken to check each candidate against our sophisticated compliance checklist.  Alongside this, we have a concierge team who take care of all accommodation and travel bookings for our candidates, checking in each step of the way to ensure they have arrived to their destination safely. We also take into consideration the individual requests of the service provider, meaning every candidate that is presented to you has been carefully selected to meet the needs of your residents.

Our continuous care

Sanctuary's dedicated consultants are in continuous contact with our nursing team, getting to know their schedule, requirements and preferences. We match nursing professionals to a provider that we know will be a good choice, ensuring a high level of resident care and solid relationships to develop between the agency nurse and the management/residents. The relationship between our candidates and consultants is wholly nurtured, playing a part in the nurses development and career journey.

The Sanctuary experience

I have worked with Sanctuary for a number of years. Given the nature of aged care, recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome. Sanctuary has provided consistent services based on the individualised needs of the organisation and position available – rather than the candidates they have available.

Chief Operating Officer, NSW

Recruitment of senior and specialist roles with our industry takes considerable time and market specific knowledge is of utmost important. While outsourcing comes with risk, finding a recruitment agency that has the appropriate knowledge and professionalism to represent your brand can make all the difference. I am more than happy to recommend Mitch and the team at Sanctuary for all your senior aged care appointments.

CEO, NSW

I have worked with Alex as a client and a candidate and have found him to be at the top of his game from both sides of the fence

Operations Manager, QLD

Hayley is one of the most professional recruiters I’ve worked with. Hayley took the time to understand our business and ever changing needs and was very adaptable to this consistently. She has excellent stakeholder skills and is a great communicator. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone.

HR Manager, NSW

It would be honest and fair to say that if a candidate has been recommended by Sanctuary, it generally negates a second stage interview given the robust and bespoke selection process that Sanctuary provides prior to recommending a candidate for a position. Recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome.

Clinical Director, NSW

Richard has provided exemplary service in recruiting for positions within our organisation. He has a great working knowledge of the industry. It is due to this, that he is able to put forward the most suitable candidates after reviewing their suitability not only for the role but also for the culture of the organisation. We have always found Richard’s service to be thorough and efficient, including following up with his applicants post their appointment.

CEO, NSW
