Contract

Recruiting qualified, experienced, and compliant staff who are ready to commence work and bring value to their appointed homes is the main focus of our regional and remote team.

We work with residential aged care providers, Aboriginal health communities, and multi-purpose services to identify localized aged care professionals in regional, rural and remote locations as well as those for travel nursing assignments across Australia.

Regional and remote candidates have a minimum of twelve months of Australian aged care experience and are thoroughly assessed prior to commencing work.

Our onboarding process

When sourcing top tier talent, we ensure that each candidate is hired with a specific amount of experience, the correct qualifications, and the right attitude and skill set. Our nursing team are not only compliant with nursing regulations, but have the necessary approach to upholding aged care standards and caring for Australia's elderly population.
