We are able to offer casual shift employment to those looking to work as:

With the ability to choose your own shifts and make your own schedule, you have the freedom to choose when, where and how much you work!

What does an aged care casual role involve?

Temporary, or casual employment, means you work as and when you want too.
You can work on a block booking basis, picking up the same shifts each week,
or you can change up your working pattern each week.

Casual shifts run on an AM, PM and night duty pattern, so you can define
the hours that you work as well as the shift length. Depending on your aged
care work travel time, you can work at multiple homes on a semi regular basis.

Being employed as a casual aged care worker means you will be paid
under the casual award. You do not acquire annual or sick leave,
but you are compensated because of this and are eligible
for bonuses, travel allowances and more!
