I am extremely pleased and impressed with Tom’s professionalism and his attitude towards his clients. Recently, he is been very helpful in finding me the right role with the right organisation that aligns with my values and expectation. The quality I admire the most about him is that he is quite understanding and reassuring of his client’s situation and requirement and his trust and belief in my potential as his client to make me feel that I deserve the best opportunity.
