Rhiannon Dhoot is a Client Relationship Manager at Sanctuary Recruitment, where she works closely with aged care providers to build long-term partnerships and support their workforce needs. Her role focuses on understanding each client’s priorities, maintaining consistent communication, and helping providers access reliable staffing support across nursing, care, hospitality and catering roles.

Before joining Sanctuary Recruitment, Rhiannon built her career in financial services, specialising in client experience, service delivery and relationship management. She has supported institutional and retail clients across Australia and New Zealand and previously led an international team of 15–20 associates. This experience strengthened her ability to manage complex queries, improve service processes and deliver a high standard of support in fast-paced environments.

Rhiannon holds a degree in Business Management and brings a practical, client-focused perspective to aged care recruitment. She is passionate about building trust through consistency, transparency and genuine partnership.
