Seamless compliance starts here

Partnering with Zipline to make aged care staffing safe, simple and fully compliant.

Compliance you can count on

In aged care, maintaining the safety and wellbeing of every resident starts with having the right people in your team. Ensuring that all staff credentials, such as qualifications, AHPRA checks, visa rights, banning orders, insurances and professional references, are valid and up to date is not just a regulatory requirement, it’s essential for creating a secure and safe environment.

Our partnership with Zipline takes the stress out of compliance by providing a secure, automated system that verifies every document, flags expirations and confirms that each aged care worker meets industry standards. With Sanctuary and Zipline working together, you can have complete confidence that your team is fully screened and compliant, allowing you to focus on what truly matters, delivering high-quality care to older persons across Australia.

How Zipline works

Secure upload

With Zipline, staff can easily and safely upload all necessary documentation, including qualifications, AHPRA checks, visa verifications, police clearances, first aid certificates and other required credentials.

Automatic verification

Once documents are uploaded, Zipline automatically scans and verifies each one against regulatory and compliance requirements. Any expired, missing or incorrect documents are immediately flagged, so you never have to worry about gaps in your staff’s credentials.

Ready to work

You can be confident that only fully compliant staff are cleared to work. Once all qualifications, checks and documentation have been verified and meet regulatory standards, staff receive a “Ready to Work” status.

Benefits of our partnership

The Sanctuary and Zipline advantage

Managing staff compliance in aged care can be complex and time-consuming, but our partnership with Zipline makes it simple. By automating verification and monitoring, you can focus on delivering exceptional care while knowing your team meets all regulatory requirements.

  • Speed up administrative tasks: Minimise time spent chasing documents, manually checking credentials and following up with staff.
  • Ensure compliance across all aged care staff: Every worker is screened and verified, so you can maintain consistent standards across your home.
  • Real-time alerts for expiring or missing documents: Receive instant notifications when a document is approaching expiry or requires updating, preventing gaps in compliance.
  • Learning Management System: Our workers get access to up to 37 modules, tailored to their role and are regularly updated in line with industry standards and changes.
  • Peace of mind for families and management: Confidently demonstrate that your staff are fully qualified and compliant, building trust with families and ensuring regulatory requirements are always met.

I have worked with Sanctuary for a number of years. Given the nature of aged care, recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome. Sanctuary, in particular Mitch Hamer, has provided consistent services based on the individualised needs of the organisation and position available – rather than the candidates they have available.

Chief Operating Officer, NSW

Recruitment of senior and specialist roles with our industry takes considerable time and market specific knowledge is of utmost important. While outsourcing comes with risk, finding a recruitment agency that has the appropriate knowledge and professionalism to represent your brand can make all the difference. I am more than happy to recommend Mitch and the team at Sanctuary for all your senior aged care appointments.

CEO, NSW

I have worked with Alex as a client and a candidate and have found him to be at the top of his game from both sides of the fence

Operations Manager, QLD

Hayley is one of the most professional recruiters I’ve worked with. Hayley took the time to understand our business and ever changing needs and was very adaptable to this consistently. She has excellent stakeholder skills and is a great communicator. I would highly recommend Hayley to anyone.

HR Manager, NSW

It would be honest and fair to say that if a candidate has been recommended by Sanctuary, it generally negates a second stage interview given the robust and bespoke selection process that Sanctuary provides prior to recommending a candidate for a position. Recruitment of staff is a fundamental aspect, shaping both culture and resident outcome.

Clinical Director, NSW

Kudos to Luke. Keep up the great work, you a unicorn-hunter extraordinaire!

Talent Acquisition, QLD

Richard has provided exemplary service in recruiting for positions within our organisation. He has a great working knowledge of the industry. It is due to this, that he is able to put forward the most suitable candidates after reviewing their suitability not only for the role but also for the culture of the organisation. We have always found Richard’s service to be thorough and efficient, including following up with his applicants post their appointment.

CEO, NSW

Hayley is extremely professional and very friendly. She has a thorough follow-up process and delivers on what she says she will do, she continually checks in, and most importantly presents me with candidates. She is a real asset to the team.
