Our nurses, care workers and management team also stay up to date with the latest changes to the Aged Care Standards through Zipline’s tailored learning modules and our Learning Management System.
Zipline’s modules are tailored to each employee’s role and skill level, with bite-sized content for easy access. Our Learning Management System also updates regularly to reflect industry changes and regulatory requirements. A recent addition has been the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness course, designed to support culturally inclusive care across our regional and remote workforce.
With bitesize learning elements that are relevant to individual job roles and skill levels. Our workforce can access up to 37 refresher courses, ranging from topics on manual handling, the Aged Care Standards, infection control, record keeping and SIRS to name a few.
Once registered, all our nurses, care workers and management team are kept engaged and informed via our Learning Management System that regularly updates to reflect industry changes and regulatory requirements. A significant recent update has been the introduction of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness course for our regional and remote workforce, to ensure our team always provides culturally inclusive care.
Registration
To ensure every candidate meets our compliance and quality standards, we conduct phone interviews to assess their motivation, experience, education and fit for the role.
These interviews include a mix of behavioural, situational, regulatory and competency-based questions to give us a clear picture of each candidate’s suitability.
Onboarding
Documents are securely uploaded into Zipline for automated compliance verification. The system identifies and flags any invalid or expiring documents (within 30 days), issuing automated prompts to candidates for resolution.
A ‘Ready to Work’ status is confirmed only when all credentials have been validated and meet compliance requirements.
Continuous compliance monitoring
Our system automatically triggers alerts for any compliance updates or expiring documentation requiring action.
Candidates and clients can securely view records at any time and built-in learning modules ensure staff remain fully competent and aligned with regulatory standards.
